Thanks to the placement of the HUUM reflector panel on the heater, it is possible to achieve half smaller safety distances from the walls. It is made of stainless steel and is mounted on the side of the heater. The reflectors can be connected to each other.

Check the date on your heater before you buy this one. Every HIVE built since April 2024 already has an Air Tunnel inside it. If yours is older, this is the stainless steel insert that sits down among the stones and gives the heat a channel to climb through: HUUM rates it at a 25 percent shorter heat-up, longer element life, and fewer stones needed to fill the basket. It fits every HIVE and HIVE Mini electric model. A small part that changes how long you wait to get in.

A Cilindro is a cylinder of hot steel standing at shin height in a small dark room, and the first time somebody stands up too fast next to one they find that out. The HPC3 is Harvia’s own guard for the 6 and 8 kW Cilindro: four heat-treated birch arches held off the heater on stainless steel mounts, 20.1 inches square. It keeps skin off the shell without hiding the heater, and the birch reads as part of the room rather than as safety equipment bolted on.

The nicest sauna interiors hide their plumbing. This is the piece that lets an automatic water dosing system feed the stones without a length of tube running down your wall. A black steel pipe just under 24 inches long, fitted with a low-profile nozzle, mounted above the heater and fed through the wall panel from behind. The Autodose unit itself is a separate purchase. This is the part people forget to order, then wish they had, once the panels are up and the wall is closed.

Water misses the stones. It happens to everybody, usually around the third ladle, and it lands on the floor under the heater. The SAA00101 is Harvia’s steel catch tray for floor-standing heaters: 17.2 inches wide, 15.2 deep, and nine tenths of an inch tall, so it sits under the base instead of announcing itself. Steel, black, 3.1 pounds. It is the kind of part nobody adds to the first order and most people want by the second winter, so we would rather you saw it now.
