The reason this set includes a dropper and a bowl rather than just a bottle is that both of them slow you down. The dropper meters the dose. What grapefruit smells like in a hot room
Bright and citrus-forward. It reads cleaner and lighter than the resinous birch, pine and eucalyptus scents that dominate Nordic sauna, which makes it a good choice for a morning session or for anyone who finds the traditional scents heavy. It is a preference, not a performance spec, so if you are buying a first bottle it is worth knowing which end of the range you are aiming at.
