Checking Your Order Status

You can simply respond to your order confirmation email or contacting su*****@sa**************.com for order updates. You can also check your order status at any time by clicking on the “My Account” link at the top of any page and logging into your account. You will need your username and password. If you forget either of these, provide us with the email address used when creating your account, and we will send a new password to that email address.

Sauna Marketplace takes quality seriously, and our partners inspect every product, including its packaging, before shipping. Our partners reject hundreds of items each year that fail to meet our quality control standards. They open, inspect, and tag each item we ship, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

In the rare event there is a defective product, tech support will supply new parts and work with you, your contractor, and electrician to troubleshoot and replace components until the products are operating as designed. Our distribution partners and manufacturers are unable to send service techs to your location. Sauna Marketplace is not responsible for electrician or installation costs even in the rare case that additional service or troubleshooting is required.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, Sauna Marketplace will gladly exchange or refund the purchase of any qualified product (see exclusions below) returned to us within 30 days of the order shipping date, less a 20% handling fee, shipping, and any applicable restocking fees. All sales are final after 30 days from the shipping date.

To return a qualified product, you must first request a Return Authorization from Sauna Marketplace and provide the Sauna Marketplace order number given at time of purchase. Qualified products must be in their original new condition, including the original box, UPC barcode, packaging, accessories, and documentation, and must not be excluded as specified below.

Customers may be charged an additional restocking/reconditioning fee (up to 15%) if they return a product in an opened or non-factory sealed box. There is no handling fee for defective products returned in exchange for the exact same product or for products initially purchased as Open Box.

Promotional packages can only be returned if all components of the package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.

Shipping errors will be corrected at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, packing slip, or a record of purchase in our system) is required for all returns.

Return Shipping Charges: Sauna Marketplace is not responsible for shipping charges for returns.

Mail returns: You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail, provided that the return meets the guidelines described above.

Requesting A Return Authorization

To return merchandise purchased online that qualifies for return, ship it to our authorized return center. First, fill out a Return Authorization (RA) Request form. All returns are handled by email via su*****@sa**************.com or directly with our distributors. Returns sent without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. A product RA is valid for 30 days from its original order shipping date.

Important: Sauna Marketplace must receive a qualified product return within 30 days of its original order shipping date. Sales are final 30 days from the shipping date.

Unapproved Returns: Any returns sent without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. A product RA is valid for 30 days from its original order shipping date.

Returns & Refunds: Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like-new condition and in compliance with our returns policy, the purchase price, less associated fees, will be credited to your credit card. For purchases made with a certified check or money order, a mail refund check will be issued. In either case, please allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your applicable refund.

Important: Sauna Marketplace is committed to processing refunds quickly, fairly, and accurately. Proper product care and attention to return instructions will ensure expedited refund processing.

New Product Manufacturer Warranties

All new products are sold with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. The full text of any such warranty is available on the respective product’s page or upon request. No additional warranty besides that of the manufacturer is offered by Sauna Marketplace. Upon receiving your products, it is the customers responsibility to confirm the warranty included in the manual or packaging is as expected and to return warranty cards if required by manufacturer. Sauna Marketplace is not responsible for changes in warranty period or unintentional errors on our website.

All technical and warranty information included with your product takes priority over website, or communication. If there is a discrepancy between included documentation and what you’ve seen on our website please contact us right away.

Cost of Trades and Installation

There are times when tech support will require a partnership with the customers installation team to troubleshoot. Tech support will provide unlimited support and replace defective parts under warranty. Under no circumstance will Sauna Marketplace be liable for electrician or installer costs. Sauna Marketplace cannot provide on-site technical support in most locations.
