    HUUM DROP combines a wall-mounted, water-drop form with 122 lb of exposed stones for soft, abundant steam. This is the latest current U.S. generation, with HUUM’s reflector, heat diverter, element retainers, and element spacers included. Choose 4.5, 6, 7.5, or 9 kW for adjusted sauna volumes from 106 to 460 cubic feet.

    Your heater will not run without a UKU. Local mounts outside the hot room and runs the sauna from its own panel. Wi-Fi does the same and adds scheduling and remote start from the HUUM app, which is what you want when the sauna is not ten steps from the couch.     The DROP holds about 122 lb of 2 to 4 inch stones, and stones do not come in the box with the heater. That comes to 4 boxes. Stack them loosely so air can move between them and the elements stay covered, and plan on restacking once a year.

    Large stone capacity is a major factor. Without a lot of rocks, the sauna can feel harsh. Rocks provide a ‘softer’ heat that will leave you refreshed instead of depleted after the sauna.

    HUUM thinks you should leave the sauna feeling better than you entered it, and large rock capacity is how they do it.

    HUUM DROP’s massive 122 lbs of rocks is more than any wall-mounted sauna heater on the market.

        One year with the Nest 9kw and it has nearly turned my sauna into a casual backyard bonfire with the elements lighting on fire during heat up. The design is very poor and the support has taken over a month to get warranty approved to get new elements. The occasional overnight email in US that asks one question at a time, that could easily be streamlined with a single message back.

        Electrician just came out and is now not comfortable re-installing due to the fried terminal block, not just a heating element issue. Everything was set up to US standards.

        Hoping Huum can make this one right. Would ideally cut ties entirely and get my money back, go in a different direction for a better/safer product
