UKU control, UKU Extension Box, and sixteen 33-lb boxes of 2 to 4-inch stones are required and sold separately.

    The full-size HIVE holds about 528 lb of 2 to 4 inch stones, and stones do not come in the box with the heater. That comes to 16 boxes. Stack them loosely so air can move between them and the elements stay covered, and plan on restacking once a year.
