Find an indoor sauna that fits your room.
For a basement, bathroom or spare room. Four things decide the fit: ceiling height, a hard, level floor, a circuit for the heater (usually 240V) and air around the sauna.

Make room for the view.
Garden, lake, or your favorite corner of the room. Where would you like to look?
No size limit until you choose one. Slide or type in feet; matches update as you go.
3. Tap the sides you want glass.
Choose 1–4 sides on the plan. Blue means a window or glass wall. A glass door alone works with either choice for its side.
Add dimensions to shape your space. Controls stay large enough to tap; this is a layout sketch.
One view to start with. Make it yours.
We compare the glass layout with the door side. Window sizes and door positions vary; check the product plan for your space.
We check outside footprints both ways round. Leave room for the door and the clearances in the manual.

Sauna Marketplace’s indoor saunas are listed below. Each card says where the sauna can go, whether it is a kit or prebuilt, its seats, outside footprint, kind of heat and base price (the price of the sauna itself, before the heater package and shipping; a card that says “Heater included” already comes with one), and links to the sauna’s own page. With JavaScript on, the finder above filters the list, and the same filters work in the page address, for example https://saunamarketplace.com/product-category/saunas/indoor-saunas/#heat=electric&people=4&budget=10000&space=96x84 (space is depth by width in inches; heat is electric, wood, infrared or gas for propane; build is kit or prebuilt).

- Good to know
Before you pick the spot
- Air gap: leave about 2 in on every side and above, and keep it ventilated. Never build flush against block or concrete.
- Floor: the sauna stands on your existing hard, level floor, such as tile or concrete.
- Power: most need a dedicated 240V circuit. We send the spec sheet so your electrician has the numbers up front.

Sauna kit questions
Can an indoor sauna kit go in a basement or garage?
Yes. Indoor kits are precut to assemble against existing framing in a basement, garage, or spare bathroom.
Measure the wall first, then size the heater to the room volume.
Does an indoor sauna kit need special electrical?
Most home saunas require a dedicated 240V circuit. Some require a separate 110v for lighting. Most heater manuals say 'No GFCI'. We recommend having your electrician run the neutral so aux circuits can be utilized. So L1, L2, N, and G (your electrician will know).
We send the spec sheet so your electrician has the numbers up front.
Will an indoor sauna damage my room?
Not when it is built right. The kits we carry use mineral wool insulation and a proper air and vapor barrier, so humid air stays out of the wall cavity.
Can I build it in a nook?
Yes, our Auroom and Kohler sauna kits are designed to give you a built in look but there are a few considerations. Most importantly, the sauna walls need a gap, typically 2" to the existing walls and that gap needs to stay ventilated.
The sauna kit can usually be built outside the nook and moved into place before the glass, door, and heater are installed. But there are quite a few considerations like wiring, access, and ventilation so let's have a chat first!
Who Builds It?
These saunas go together really well and do not require a specialist. Any duo up for the job can build most of these saunas in a day or two. The main considerations for a smooth installation are building it on a flat surface and getting the base squared out (and keeping it squared out!).
Auroom assembled every sauna in the factory to ensure everything will snap together perfectly. Kohler has a nationwide installation network. Finnmark couldn't be simpler (very DIY friendly).
