Leil Saunas Celto M (3-Person) Outdoor Sauna Kit

Celto M adds 16 inches of bench width while keeping the compact 56-inch depth. Three people get a 2.4-inch solid spruce CLT shell, bronze glass, a 24-inch-deep upper aspen bench, EPDM roof membrane, four vents, floor, door, and base frame. It arrives natural and unfinished, so a clear UV-protective exterior finish after assembly is required. Heater sold separately; we pair it with complete US-market KIP80B or DROP 9 systems and the purpose-built Leil stand.

Choose your heater system

Every priced choice is a complete, Leil-approved Celto package with the current US-market heater, required controller where applicable, correct stone quantity, and purpose-built Leil Celto stand. For Celto M, choose DROP 9 for our recommended app-controlled system or KIP80B for the simplest, best-value setup. Both are correctly sized for the cabin. Electrical work is not included.

No heater package - I already have a compatible system for Sauna Marketplace to review Harvia KIP80B 8 kW Black + built-in controls + 45 lb stones + Leil Celto stand (simplest and best value) +$1,763.00 HUUM DROP 9 kW + UKU Wi-Fi Glass + 132 lb stones + Leil Celto stand (our recommendation) +$4,185.00
Optional UKU Glass surface-mount frame

Choose this only with a DROP package when the UKU Glass panel will mount on the wall surface instead of into a routed recess.

Optional dimmable backrest lighting

Some gallery photographs show this optional LED strip. It is not included in the base cabin.

Required exterior-care acknowledgment

Celto arrives as natural, unfinished spruce. Protecting it promptly is part of installation, not an optional cosmetic step.

More bench room, without giving up the compact depth

The Celto M gives three people a real two-level sauna while keeping the same 56-inch depth as the S. At 81 inches wide, it is the one to choose when you want room to stretch out or regularly sauna with a third person. The shell is not thin decorative paneling. Its walls, ceiling, and floor are 2.4-inch solid spruce cross-laminated timber, with an aspen bench and broad one-board backrest where your skin actually touches the room.

Know this before anything else: the exterior arrives natural and unfinished. Apply a suitable clear, UV-protective weatherproof finish after assembly, inspect it at least annually, and recoat it as needed. That maintenance is part of owning this entry-priced Celto, not fine print.

Firsthand with Leil in Estonia

Ben Burger and Ben Frizzell visited Leil in Estonia in September 2026 and work closely with the company. The Celto M stood out as the practical middle answer: materially roomier than the S, still quick to assemble, and still far below the price of Leil’s architectural flagship cabins. We were impressed by how much real sauna it puts into a compact crate.

What the Celto M kit includes

Shell 2.4-inch natural spruce CLT walls, ceiling, and floor
Glass and door Bronze tempered glass, premium wood handle, and black hinges
Seating Two-level aspen seating with a 24-inch-deep upper bench, 16 by 19-inch lower step, and wide one-board aspen backrest
Weather protection Self-adhesive EPDM roof membrane; exterior finish is not included
Airflow Four ventilation openings
Base Impregnated brown base frame
Assembly Detailed manual and installation hardware shown in the parts list

Choose the heater as a complete system

The base cabin does not include a heater. For Celto M, we offer the two clearest Leil-approved choices: KIP80B for simple built-in controls and lower package cost, or DROP 9 for app control, greater stone mass, and our recommended overall performance. Each checkout choice includes the current North American heater body, required controls, correct stones, and the Leil stand.

Harvia KIP 8 kW: simplest and best value

Our straightforward package uses the current black KIP80B with controls built into the heater, one 45-pound box of approved 2-to-4-inch stones, and the Leil stand. The current KIP manual lists the 240-volt single-phase model at 33.3 amps with #8/2 copper conductors. A licensed electrician must make the final circuit and code decision.

HUUM DROP 9: our recommended Celto M package

The DROP 9 package uses the current North American 9 kW heater body, a complete UKU Wi-Fi control package, four 33-pound boxes of approved 2-to-4-inch stones, and the Leil stand. The heater holds about 121 pounds of stones; the package supplies 132 pounds so the installer can place them correctly.

Our Celto M recommendation is DROP 9. Leil explicitly approves DROP 9 for the M, and HUUM’s current US manual rates it for 283 to 460 adjusted cubic feet. Our independent check using Leil’s exact interior footprint and listed glass dimensions also places the M comfortably inside that range. It is the clear app-controlled choice for this model and gives the wider outdoor cabin strong heat-up and recovery. KIP80B is also Leil-approved and is our value choice when simple built-in controls and a lower package cost matter most.

Site and installation checklist

  • Foundation: prepare a level, stable, load-bearing base. The current Celto manual shows the base-frame assembly but does not specify an engineered foundation, so local site and code requirements control.
  • Unloading: plan access and equipment for an approximately 30 by 79 by 39-inch package weighing about 1,102 pounds. Curbside delivery is not placement in the yard.
  • People and time: Leil estimates 4 to 6 hours for assembly. The manual says some parts require two or more people for safe lifting.
  • Roof: install the supplied EPDM membrane and use exterior-grade sealant continuously where the manual shows the covering slat meeting the membrane.
  • Exterior: finish the natural spruce promptly with a clear UV-protective weatherproof coating and inspect it yearly.
  • Electrical: heater, control, lighting, and final circuit work belong to a licensed electrician following the exact heater manual and local code.
  • Drainage: a floor drain is not shown or specified in the current Celto manual. Decide whether your site needs one before the base is built.

Questions we would ask before you order

Does the cabin arrive stained or sealed?

No. It arrives as natural spruce. A suitable clear UV-protective weatherproof finish is required after assembly.

Is the optional lighting already shown in some photographs?

Yes. Some supplied photographs show the optional dimmable LED strip beneath the backrest. Lighting is not part of the base kit unless selected.

Is a heater included?

No. Choose a complete heater system or bring us the exact heater you already own so we can check output, controls, stones, stand fit, clearances, and electrical requirements.

Does Celto need ventilation after use?

Yes. The kit includes four ventilation openings, and Leil’s care instructions say to keep the sauna well ventilated after each use to limit moisture buildup.

Call or text Ben at (844) 565-1113 with a photo of the site, the available footprint, and how you actually plan to use the room. We will tell you whether the wider M earns its extra 16 inches or whether the smaller S does everything you need.

Delivery and unloading

Freight is a flat $1,190 per cabin to the contiguous United States and DC. Delivery is curbside, so plan equipment and people for an approximately 30 by 79 by 39-inch crate weighing about 1,102 pounds. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any other destination, call or text us for a shipment plan before ordering.

PLAN THE WHOLE SAUNA

The room and heater still have to work as one system.

Start with the room dimensions, then account for glass, masonry, insulation, ceiling height, required clearances, and available electrical service. That is how we move from a product that looks right to a sauna that heats evenly and comfortably.
