The Harvia WZ020115 lead-through flange lets a 4.6 in smoke pipe pass safely and cleanly through a wall or ceiling penetration. The stainless steel flange provides a secure, heat-resistant collar around the smoke pipe entry point, preventing heat transfer and smoke leakage while protecting the surrounding structure and giving the penetration a finished look.

Features

  • Allows a smoke pipe to pass securely through a wall or ceiling
  • Prevents heat transfer and smoke leakage at the penetration
  • Protects surrounding surfaces from high temperatures
  • High-quality stainless steel
  • Limited 2-year warranty (consumer use); limited 1-year warranty (commercial use)

What’s Included

  • Lead-through flange
  • Installation and operation manual

Specifications

Model WZ020115
Construction material Stainless steel
Fits pipe diameter 4.5″ (4.6 in)
Weight 0.4 lbs

Compatibility

Sized for Harvia’s 4.6 in smoke pipes and the WHP steel chimney system. Remember: a flange dresses and shields the penetration, but non-insulated smoke pipe still requires Harvia’s full clearances to combustible materials, and combustible structures need a proper insulated lead-through.

Good to Know

Does this flange replace the lead-through insulation?

No. Through combustible walls or ceilings you still need the insulated lead-through set (flange, Class A insulation, and protector) supplied with Harvia chimney kits. The WZ020115 collars the pipe penetration itself, typically in non-combustible panels or as the finishing trim.

What pipe size does it fit?

Harvia’s standard 4.6 in (4.5″) smoke pipe used by all Harvia wood-burning sauna stoves except the Harvia 50.

PLAN THE WHOLE SAUNA

The room and heater still have to work as one system.

Start with the room dimensions, then account for glass, masonry, insulation, ceiling height, required clearances, and available electrical service. That is how we move from a product that looks right to a sauna that heats evenly and comfortably.
