    The HSP3M is a band of black-painted heat-treated birch carried on stainless steel brackets. Harvia’s data sheet describes it as a safety railing for the Spirit electric stove, black-painted heat-treated birch, firmly attached to the stove, so it is a fixed fitting rather than a free-standing guard, and Harvia’s selling line for it starts with “save space”.

    Harvia’s own description of how to use it: “Install one at the preferred height around the top of the heater or install a few around it to ensure any movement around your sauna is safer. The birch surface of the black safety rail is always safe to touch and secured with stainless steel brackets.”

    Check your model code before ordering

    Harvia’s data sheet files the HSP3M under HARVIA SPIRIT and names HSPE604M, HSPE904M, HSP604MXW and HSP904MXW as related products. It is described as “safety railing for Harvia Spirit SP60/90 electric heaters”. Read the model code off the rating plate on your heater and match it to those before you order.
