The 2-in-1 gauge
Temperature and humidity share one plaque of knotless cedar, glazed with glass that SaunaLife says is made to resist cracking. Both dials are analog and marked in Fahrenheit and Celsius. The plaque measures 9.8 in wide, 4.9 in tall and 1.2 in deep, so it sits close to the wall and reads as one piece of wood rather than two gadgets.
The bucket and ladle
The aluminum bucket holds a gallon and measures 9.4 in across by 7.9 in tall. Its ladle has a 16.1 in bamboo handle that stays cool to the touch. Use it to pour, or slide it through the holes near the rim and carry the bucket by it; between pours it can rest across the top.
Choosing a color
Black or white covers the bucket and the ladle’s cup. Because the gauge stays the same either way, pick the color by the rest of the room: the heater, the door hardware, the trim. If you also want the pieces to match a wooden bucket, compare Essentials Set 3, which pairs a spruce bucket with two round black dials.
