In the box
- One black aluminum salt cup with a slotted handle
- One pouch of pink Himalayan salt
How it’s used
Rento’s direction: put the salt stone in the metal cup and let it sit in the warm, moist air of the sauna. The cup can rest right on top of the heater stones, and its handle is how you set it there. Aluminum sitting on hot stones gets hot, so let the cup cool before you pick it up again.
The salt slowly gives way in the steam. When it is gone, Rento’s Himalayan salt chunks come two pieces to a pouch, so the cup keeps going.
As a gift
It suits the sauna owner who has the basics covered: a small, good-looking object for the stones, boxed and ready to wrap. Nothing needs assembling or explaining, and the window in the box shows exactly what is inside. Pair it with a bottle of Rento Winter Spices sauna scent for a winter present, or browse more ideas in sauna gifts.
