One year with the Nest 9kw and it has nearly turned my sauna into a casual backyard bonfire with the elements lighting on fire during heat up. The design is very poor and the support has taken over a month to get warranty approved to get new elements. The occasional overnight email in US that asks one question at a time, that could easily be streamlined with a single message back.
Electrician just came out and is now not comfortable re-installing due to the fried terminal block, not just a heating element issue. Everything was set up to US standards.
Hoping Huum can make this one right. Would ideally cut ties entirely and get my money back, go in a different direction for a better/safer product
This door is gorgeous! Thought about building my own frame and having a glass company do the door, but the fit and finish of this was so good and the price was better with the pre-hung door. Great addition.
