Gents, I wanted to reach out to thank you for your excellent customer service through out this process. Although there were complications out of your control your constant communication and rapid action made up for these minor inconveniences.
I have an electrician coming Friday and am looking forward to getting this beauty fired up!
I can’t help but share a picture. I did some minor assembly and staging Friday after unloading. I had everything but the roof and trim on by 5 pm. These kits are amazing!
Overall straight forward to use. It’s a bit touchy to turn on, if you’re not paying attention you easily set it for a delay versus turning it on immediately. Easy fix, simply turn it on, wait a few minutes and confirm the heater is on.
Sauna’s great. The assembly instructions could be improved. A step by step video would be highly recommended.
I added the flat floor which raises the heater and makes getting the lower portion of the sauna hot a challenge.
Amazing heater, definitely worth the premium. The loyly experience is entirely different with the fan off and on. With the fan on, your body can get very hot but the heat feels less harsh. With the fan off you have a classic sauna. I recommend running the fan for a few minutes after pre-heating the room to get the entire room up to temp, instead of just the top half. That feature is not possible with a regular electric setup unless you have a solidly designed and robust forced downdraft ventilation system. It is truly a unique sauna experience.
Arguably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was very interested in the Harvia Linear 16, and when it turned out to be out of stock, Ben immediately upgraded us to the Harvia Linear 22 at no additional cost - a much more expensive stove! He also threw in the sauna stones free of charge. Everything arrived quickly and in great shape. We are very happy and will continue to shop at Sauna Marketplace for any of our future sauna needs. Thanks Ben!
Yes it has to do mostly with side clearances. We are working on a heat shield that will allow for a HUUM DROP and other models. It will be available soon!
Can this model be used with a different heater, specifically a Huum drop? I notice this isn’t offered as an option and am wondering if it has to do with the size? Thanks.
The heater itself can be installed in temperatures below -5F. The power unit and control however do have a minimum operating temperature and the lowest they go is -5. See below for specs of the main module and digital control.
In areas where it will regularly go below these temperatures, we recommend installing the equipment in the house and having your power runs come out of the main module in the house to the outdoor sauna. Another alternative to look into could be using heated weatherproof electrical enclosure, these enclosures will keep the ambient temperature in the enclosure to a certain temperature so that electronics can operate with no impact from the outdoor temperatures.
UKU DISPLAY CONTROL -
Temperature Rating: -4℉ to 145℉
Protection: IPXX (not protected)
MAIN MODULE -
Temperature Rating: -4℉ to 104℉
Protection: IP65
The heater and rocks came in a timely manner and were well packed on an individual pallet. The heater was undamaged and works great! Now it’s time to get my sweat on!
With the exception of HUUM heaters (which will get hotter), all professional sauna heaters in North America have a limit of 194°F. That's usually around head level, so the temps will drop from there to the floor. We wouldn't sell a combo we don't trust to reach 180°F+ reliably.

Powerful and evenly distributes the heat. 40 Celsius outside and 200+ degrees in there

Is it true this can't be installed if temps are below zero F?
Sauna Marketplace –
Approximately 33" from the floor, it could be installed higher by extending the center bench support.
Andrew (Guest) –
What are the bench heights from the floor?

What is the maximum temperature this sauna will reach? I'm guessing it'll vary with each heater, but I'm wanting a rough idea.
