    Plan the delivery first

    • Access: a flatbed has to reach and turn, and a forklift or crane has to set the sauna. Check gates, slope, overhead wires and the distance from the road.
    • The heater: most prices are before the heater package, and the heater may arrive on its own pallet. ThermaSol saunas come with a Harvia heater wired at the factory.
    • The pad: level and draining, with conduit stubbed up before it cures. Ask us for the base drawing.

    Rather build it yourself? Outdoor sauna kits arrive crated at the curb, most on a lift-gate truck.

Before you order

  1. A crane quote. Get one early. We can ship to the crane company so the timing lines up.
  2. Timing. ThermaSol saunas are built to order in about 12 weeks; Auroom’s Terra in about 16 to 24. Even from stock, a flatbed is booked a few weeks out.
  3. Power. Most heaters need their own 240V circuit; some saunas also want a 120V feed for lights.
  4. Unloading day. Check the trim, feet, door hinges and glass as it comes off the truck, and photograph any damage.
