Haljas Houses are manufactured to be fully assembled before they exit the factory and are prepared for transport via a shipping container. Each house is first shrink-wrapped, then cushioned with bubble wrap, and finally, placed in a crate to ensure its safety during transit.
The method of transport – be it by truck or container – is determined based on your geographical location.
Upon arrival at the destination, the house can be maneuvered into place using a forklift from underneath or a crane from above. However, the responsibility of arranging the sauna’s installation lies with the client.

What is the mirror glass made of, and can the finish be scratched or worn off?
The mirror is not a tint or a stick-on film. Haljas uses Mirastar glass by Saint-Gobain: clear float glass that goes into a vacuum chamber where a fine layer of metal-oxide particles is deposited onto it by magnetron, forming an extremely thin, even mirror coating. On the double-glazed walls that coating sits sealed between the two panes, so it cannot be scratched, cleaned off, or oxidized from either side, and it gives you a clear view out while the walls read as a mirror from outside in daylight. Only the single-pane door carries its coating on a surface, so wipe it with a soft cloth or sponge as the manual says.
