An integrated hot-and-cold setup
The SoulCold suits someone who wants a recline-style plunge with heating, cooling, and an insulated cover in one package. The stainless steel tub has a cedar backrest and interior slats, with controls on the unit and through the connected app.
What arrives with it
The package includes the plunge, integrated chiller/heater setup, insulated marine-grade vinyl cover, filtration equipment and supplied cartridges, filter tools, LED remote, and operating instructions. The attached manual identifies the supplied filter components; replacement cartridges must match those components.

Water care still matters
The current operating manual identifies a mesh prefilter, a 5-micron main cartridge, carbon filtration, and ozone. These handle different jobs. Keep filters clean, replace cartridges as instructed, and follow the water-care procedure. Ozone does not make contaminated water safe or eliminate cleaning.
Prepare the space
Use a level, structurally suitable base and allow for the filled tub plus the occupant. Keep the chiller ventilated, with the manual’s 20-inch clearance around its air-handling area, and plan for draining and condensation. Protect the system from freezing. Have the electrical installation checked against the manual and local requirements.
Residential warranty, clearly stated
The product-specific SoulCold warranty dated July 31, 2026 provides two years of coverage for normal residential use in the United States and Canada. Commercial, institutional, and other non-residential installations are excluded. Labor, removal, reinstallation, and shipping costs are excluded. The earlier operating manual contains older warranty wording; the separate SoulCold warranty is attached with the current terms.

Replacement filter supplies
The main and carbon-filter stages use different cartridges. Keep the correct spares on hand: Finnmark 5-inch pleated filters, four-pack and Finnmark SoulCold carbon filters, four-pack. Match the installed cartridge and housing, and follow the shutdown and replacement procedure in the operating manual.
