Choose the setup you want to live with
The S1 arrives assembled, with a contoured fiberglass insert, thermally modified wood surround, and matching steps. It holds 124 gal and is sized for one person. Choose a tub-only model if you already have a compatible cooling plan, or a C package for the tub with its matched chiller/heater.
What the model codes mean
- S1N: natural-finish tub, without a chiller.
- S1B: black-finish tub, without a chiller.
- S1NC Package: natural tub with the FDC-1A chiller/heater.
- S1BC Package: black tub with the FDC-1A chiller/heater.
- Insulated cover is an optional selection. The NC and BC packages already include their matched chiller/heater; do not add a second chiller to those packages.
Cooling is a whole-system decision
The FDC-1A package provides a 32.5–108°F adjustable water-temperature range, with 2.81 kW cooling capacity and 3.38 kW heating capacity. The unit combines circulation, filtration, and ozone with Wi-Fi controls. Its temperature range is not a promise about cooling speed in every climate; tub loading and outdoor conditions affect performance.

Plan the base, drainage, and winter care
Install the tub on a level, stable, reinforced base at least three inches above surrounding ground, as shown in the tub manual. Allow room for the steps, access to the drain, and the chiller’s required ventilation. The supporting surface must carry the tub, water, and bathers. Plan the fill and drain route before delivery.
The tub and chiller have separate maintenance instructions. Follow the exact chiller manual for electrical installation, ambient-temperature limits, priming, weather protection, and winterization. Drain and protect the system before freezing water can damage the plumbing. A household-voltage plug does not remove the need for a compliant grounded electrical installation.
Keep the everyday work manageable
Use the cover between sessions, remove visible debris, inspect the filter, and follow the manufacturer’s water-treatment schedule. Ozone and filtration do not replace water care or fresh-water changes.

Replacement filters for the FDC-1A package
For the FDC-1A chiller supplied with S1 C packages, see Finnmark 5-inch pleated filters, four-pack. Match the cartridge and housing on your unit before replacement. A tub-only S1 does not include a chiller or require this filter by itself.
