Less yard. The full sauna ritual.
At 80 ½ inches wide and 73 ¾ inches deep, XXS is the smallest Patio. Its upper bench runs across the back wall, with a lower level beneath it. The straight seating arrangement makes the room easy to understand: come in through the front glass door, step up and settle along the back.
Solid timber sides keep the outlook focused through the front window and door. Position that front toward the part of the garden you want to see from the bench. There is no changing room or attached shelter; XXS works especially well when the house already provides those spaces.

Where Patio XXS fits.
Choose XXS when the footprint matters most and you want straight seating for one to three people.
XS adds a return to the upper bench and more interior depth. Choose S when a view through the side glass is part of the appeal.

Heater packages
Choose between the Saunum AIR L 10 Black package with AirIQ Wi-Fi controls and the HUUM CORE 9 kW Thermo-Aspen package with UKU Wi-Fi controls. The package selector lists the included stones and current total. Each selection has its own 3D Studio representation; use it to compare the equipment inside this compact room.
Lighting and finishing touches
Choose the heater first, then under-bench lighting, backrest lighting or both. Exterior lighting is a separate two-spot option. Backrests are optional, so discuss them with us when choosing backrest lighting.

Structure, seating and weather protection
What comes with Patio XXS.
The sauna shell
- 1 ½ in solid thermally modified timber walls.
- Roof boards, EPDM roof cover and metal edge covers.
- Thermally treated pine ceiling with 1 ¼ in PIR insulation.
- Black-treated exterior mouldings.
Inside the sauna
- Two-level alder benches and bench skirt.
- Spruce floorboards and a wastewater gutter.
- Tempered bronze glass door and double tempered bronze glazing.
Front window and glass door; solid sides.
Choose separately
- Heater package, controls and stones.
- Backrests and interior LED lighting.
- Exterior spotlights.
- Site preparation, assembly, electrical installation and wood treatment.
Photographs can show optional equipment. Review the selected package before ordering; no heater or lighting is included with a sauna-only selection.
Before delivery
Plan a place for Patio XXS.
Plan the approach to the front door and a nearby place to leave towels and shoes. The 80 ½ × 73 ¾ in exterior is the sauna envelope; the supporting base and door access need their own layout.

Base and access
Use the exact Patio XXS drawing and assembly manual to plan the supporting base, drainage and access. Exterior dimensions describe the sauna, not a foundation or clearance specification.

Heater and electrical
Your electrician wires the heater and control from their manuals.

Assembly and care
The sauna arrives as a kit. Arrange assembly and the required wood treatment, and follow the manual’s care instructions. Freight and tax are separate from the sauna and selected extras.

Do you offer installation?
We don’t install saunas ourselves, but we have installers and electricians we’ve worked with before, and we can recommend them in most areas. Send us your ZIP code and we’ll check who’s near you. You hire them directly.
If nobody we know is close, a handyman, deck builder or general contractor can assemble the kit, and a licensed electrician wires the heater.
How is XXS different from XS?
XXS has two straight bench levels in a shallower room. XS adds an upper bench return and a larger interior while retaining solid side walls.
Does XXS include lights or a heater?
No. The base kit includes the sauna structure and alder benches. Choose a heater package and lighting separately in the package builder.
Is there somewhere to change inside?
XXS is one sauna room. For a separate front room, compare Patio M or L.
Are backrests standard?
Backrests are optional. They may appear in the photos and 3D Studio; ask us to include them when preparing your package if you want them.
Can I inspect the layout before ordering?
Yes. Open 3D Studio in the gallery to rotate the Patio XXS and compare its supported heater choices. Use the documents below for installation dimensions and assembly details.
