    Handmade in Estonia, the Cozy Heat O Thru-Wall family pairs a clean-burning wood firebox with 243–353 lb of exposed stone for soft, lasting steam. Choose 12 kW for 212–424 cu ft or 18 kW for 318–636 cu ft. Load the fire from the adjoining room with the through-wall firebox. Stones and chimney system are required and sold separately.

    Why choose Cozy O Thru-Wall

    The cylindrical O exterior with an extended firebox for loading from outside the hot room. Cozy divides combustion air into three paths so more of the flue gas burns in the firebox. The current manufacturer positions that design as using approximately 25% less wood than comparable stoves, with up to 40% reduction only under ideal test conditions. The current manual lists EN 15821:2010 and 1. BImSchV Stage 2 compliance. Sauna Marketplace has removed an older distributor emissions comparison because the current manufacturer source does not substantiate it.

    Room volumes above are the current manufacturer ranges. Add about 4 cu ft to the calculated room volume for every square foot of glass, tile, brick, concrete, or other uninsulated surface; for massive-log walls, multiply the room volume by 1.5. Review the finished room, ventilation, glazing, chimney, and local code before ordering.

    Clearances and combustion data

    • Minimum side clearance to combustible material: 6.7 in for 12 kW; 9.1 in for 18 kW.
    • Minimum rear clearance: 9.1 in. Minimum clearance in front: 19.7 in.
    • Minimum distance above the stove: 44.5 in for 12 kW; 52.8 in for 18 kW.
    • Required chimney draft: 12 Pa. Minimum smoke-flue cross-section: 12.2 sq in.
    • Maximum fuel per load: 8.0 lb in three parts for 12 kW; 11.2 lb in three parts for 18 kW.
    • Current manual test efficiency: 73.9% for 12 kW and 81.3% for 18 kW. The exact emissions test values remain available in the manual.

    These are planning figures, not a substitute for the current manual, chimney-system instructions, local code, or approval by the authority having jurisdiction. The manual permits masonry reduction details and protective-wall solutions only when its construction rules are followed; there is no single universal reduced clearance.

    Through-wall planning

    The firebox extension lets you tend the fire from the adjoining room. The current manual allows a wall thickness up to 5.9 in and gives the opening and protection rules. Use the matching front cover to finish the wall edge; final wall construction and clearances must follow the manual and local authority.

    Firewood, first burn, and stones

    Use dry natural firewood only. Perform the first burn outdoors or in a well-ventilated room without stones so the heat-resistant coating can cure. Load stones loosely enough for air to circulate and keep the flue path clear. The current English manual specifies 3.0–5.9 in stones; Cozy’s current accessory page separately advertises 2.0–3.9 in stones, so the supplied manual controls the installation.

    Finish and photography note

    The current U.S. assortment is black steel. Cozy’s current global photography also shows stainless-finish cages. Those images document current manufacturer design, but stainless availability is not promised for a U.S. order unless Sauna Marketplace verifies it for the exact model.

    Manuals and exact drawings

    Open the Manuals & Documents tab for the current English manual, inch-reference edition, 24-month warranty, and exact 12 and 18 dimension drawings. Every drawing is model-specific; the incorrect generic Quattro drawing previously attached on Sauna Marketplace has been removed.
