Some cladding profiles disappear into the background. Grace isn’t one of them.
The PROSAUNAS Thermo-Aspen Grace 2×3 T&G Wall Cladding is 1.06″ thick, 2.52″ wide per board, with a 2.2″ coverage that leaves a broad, flat shadow groove between boards when installed. Available in lengths of 1, 6, 7, 8, and 10 feet. The profile is designed for walls and ceilings where you want visual weight without going ornate. Horizontal runs read as horizontal banding. Vertical runs read as column structure. Either way, the room looks thought-about.
Why Thermo-Aspen
The Grace profile’s broad groove is what makes it interesting, and it’s also what would be a problem in an untreated wood. A standard T&G board installed in a hot, humid room will expand, compress the groove, and sometimes cup. In thermo-aspen, the thermal modification (heat and steam, no chemicals, changes the wood at a cellular level) stops that movement. The groove stays the same width it was when you installed it. The golden-brown color runs all the way through, so if you ever trim a board to length or cope a joint, the cut end holds the same tone as the face. No pale raw aspen visible at the seams.
The honest trade-off: at 2.2″ coverage per board, the Grace profile uses more linear feet than a wider board to cover the same surface area. Calculate your square footage carefully and order about 15% extra for waste and cuts. We include a coverage note in the specs and our team is happy to check your math.

Walls and ceilings where you want a designed look. Strong choice for a feature wall paired with a simpler STS4 cladding on the remaining walls. Also pairs well with thermo-aspen bench boards in the 2×3 or 2×6, where the thicker cladding and the bench board read as one consistent material family.
