Stain a textured wall solid black and it goes flat. These panels avoid that: the faces are brushed black while the CNC-cut edges stay bare wood, so the pattern keeps its depth and each irregular hexagon, 4.6 by 6.1 inches, draws its own warm outline. In a dim sauna with soft lighting, this wall is the thing everyone asks about.

The wood is heat-treated abachi, steadied for sauna heat and humidity before the stain goes on. PEFC-certified, from sustainably managed forests, cut and finished in Kiili, Estonia.
What arrives
Six panels, installation instructions, and a 2-year limited warranty per box. Each panel runs 30 by 10 inches at about 0.6 inches thick and covers 1.5 square feet; a box covers 9.3 square feet. Panels interlock like puzzle pieces, nothing screwed through the face.
Keep it black
