The ProSaunas Aspen 1×2 T-Moulding is a finishing trim piece: 0.67 in thick (0.67″) and 1.3 in wide (1.26″), cut with the T-profile that covers the exposed edge where two cladding or bench surfaces meet at a seam or transition. It’s the piece that closes the look between a bench deck and a wall, between a ceiling panel and a wall board, or at any T-junction where you’d otherwise see a raw wood edge. Milled in Estonia from natural aspen, in the same pale creamy color as our cladding and bench boards. Sold by the linear foot in 1 and 10 ft lengths.
Why Aspen
Matching the T-moulding species to the surrounding wood is what makes a finished room look intentional. Natural aspen’s consistent pale tone means this piece blends at the seam rather than drawing attention to the transition. No resin, no splinters, stays cool to the touch. One practical note: at 0.67 in thick, this is a trim piece, not a structural element. Don’t use it as a spanning member or a load-bearing cap. It’s designed to cover and finish, not to support.

Where it goes
Bench-to-wall transitions, ceiling-to-wall T-junctions, and any exposed edge seam in a clad room. Used alongside aspen cladding (STS4, Grace, or Groove-S) and aspen bench boards for a matched installation. The 1×1 and 2×2 S4SEE mouldings handle cap and seam runs; the T-moulding handles the T-junction specifically.
