This is the latest current U.S. generation, with HUUM’s reflector, heat diverter, element retainers, and element spacers included. One year with the Nest 9kw and it has nearly turned my sauna into a casual backyard bonfire with the elements lighting on fire during heat up. The design is very poor and the support has taken over a month to get warranty approved to get new elements. The occasional overnight email in US that asks one question at a time, that could easily be streamlined with a single message back.

Electrician just came out and is now not comfortable re-installing due to the fried terminal block, not just a heating element issue. Everything was set up to US standards.

Hoping Huum can make this one right. Would ideally cut ties entirely and get my money back, go in a different direction for a better/safer product
