PROSAUNAS Limited Warranty (Rev 4-26)
PROSAUNAS Limited Warranty (Rev 4-26)
How it works
A carved wooden base holds a thick, durable cloth band across the top. Your head rests on the cloth, which flexes, and the wood keeps it lifted off the bench. About 10.5 x 3.5 x 3 in and just under 1 lb.
Three woods
- Alder: PROSAUNAS lists it as durable, lightweight and water-repellent.
- Spruce: a smooth texture that resists warping.
- Thermo-aspen: aspen that has been thermally modified to remove moisture, which PROSAUNAS says helps it resist warping.
Warranty
PROSAUNAS covers its products against defects in workmanship for two years in residential use, from delivery to the original buyer. Commercial use voids it, and normal wear is not covered. The full warranty is in the Attachments tab.
Questions we get
Cloth neck support or all wood?
The cloth sling is softer under the neck. The trade-off: PROSAUNAS doesn’t publish care steps for the cloth, while a fabric sauna pillow goes in the washing machine. For a headrest with no fabric at all, see the PROSAUNAS Contoured headrest.
Is it for sitting up or lying down?
It lifts your head off the bench, which is most useful lying down or leaning well back. To lie flat you need a bench about as long as you are tall.
