    The SaunaLife GL4 is a four-person outdoor sauna kit built to last from thick thermally modified Nordic spruce. Its contemporary design features a full bronze tempered-glass front, integrated porch with dotless LED eaves and contrasting black trim. Two tiers of knot-free thermo-hardwood benches and indirect LED lighting create a comfortable sanctuary for up to four bathers. The kit includes all materials, pre-cut boards and intuitive instructions; two people can assemble it in about two days.

    What is included, and when do I paint?

    Choose black for the sauna kit plus PROSAUNAS SaunaShield black exterior paint. The cabin does not arrive fully painted. The natural wood kit does not include exterior paint.

    Use SaunaShield on exterior wood only. Leave the interior, benches and backrests unpainted. Follow your model’s assembly instructions and the painting guide, including at least two coats and drying before final assembly. Painting tools and labor are not included.

    The SaunaLife GL4 is a four-person outdoor sauna kit that combines Scandinavian craftsmanship with modern design. Its 1.57″-thick thermally treated spruce walls provide superior insulation and durability, while the contrasting black exterior trim and integrated porch give it a refined architectural look. Expansive bronze-tinted glass on the front wall brings in natural light and allows you to admire your surroundings while relaxing inside.

    The interior features two tiers of satin-smooth thermo-hardwood benches that contour to your body for ultimate comfort. Knot-free and extra thick, these benches are designed for years of daily use. LED lighting under the eaves gently illuminates the porch, and indirect LED lighting inside the sauna creates a relaxing atmosphere. Both lighting zones are controlled by a Wi-Fi app or hand-held remote.

    Engineered for easy DIY installation, the GL4 arrives as a complete kit with interlocking wall panels, benches, roof, porch, floorboards, metal flashing, fasteners and a self-adhesive roof membrane. Two people with moderate experience can assemble it in about two days. The thick thermo-spruce walls and tempered glass ensure efficient heat retention and the included ventilation and drainage systems help keep the interior dry and comfortable.
