Light you feel, not light you look at
Good sauna lighting disappears. You walk in, the room glows, and you never spot the source. That is the whole point of the PROSAUNAS Dimmable White LED kit: a flexible strip you hide behind the backrest, under the bench, or inside a cove, so all anyone sees is a soft 3,500K wash on the wood.
A sauna is the worst place on earth for ordinary strip lighting. Standard LED tape gives up fast in a room that runs near 200°F with humidity swinging on every ladle of water. This strip is built for that corner: fully encapsulated and sealed to IP67, rated to 200°F, running on low-voltage 24VDC while the driver and power supply stay cool outside the hot room.
One zone or three
The kit comes two ways, and the difference is how much control you want.
- 1-Zone runs every strip together on one dimmer. One even wash, one switch. Pick a single 16 ft strip for a bench or backrest, two 16 ft strips for a larger room, or four 10 ft strips to wrap a whole cabin.
- 3-Zone puts three strips on three independent dimmers, all driven from a single wall control. Keep the floor low, lift the bench to reading level, warm the backrest, each on its own. Available as three 10 ft or three 16 ft strips.

Control it two ways
The wall switch is the clever part. Press once for on and off, press and hold to dim from a 1% ember up to full. It talks to the strips over RF at 433MHz from up to 100 feet away and runs on kinetic energy, so there is no battery to fail in the heat. Prefer your phone? The system is Wi-Fi compatible for scheduling scenes or folding the lights into the smart-home setup you already run.
Where it goes
Behind the backrest for a halo on the grain. Under the bench for a grounded floor glow. Around a cove, a step, or a door reveal. You trim it to length every 1.9 inches and clip it every 12 to 18 inches, so the strip follows whatever line your room gives you.

Install notes
The low-voltage strip and driver sit in or near the room; the power supply plugs into a standard 120V switched circuit. Hardwiring into a heater’s external light terminal or a wall switch should be handled by a licensed electrician. Keep the driver and power supply out of the direct heat pocket, and clip the strip every 12 to 18 inches so it lies flat.
Why buy it from us
Plenty of “sauna” light strips are just repackaged low-temperature LED tape that cooks out after a season. We do not stock those.
