Narvi’s wood stoves leave the factory with a 4.7 in connective flue, the figure printed in the technical data of the NC, Kuru, Kaamos 20 and Narvi 30 manuals. US wood-stove pipe is nominal 6 in. This two-piece interlocking stainless adapter is the transition: 4.72 in. inside diameter at the small, stove-side end, and 6.14 in. inside diameter at the large, chimney-side end. The Narvi 50 uses a 5.7 in flue and takes a different part.

Narvi NC – The 'Goldilocks of Thermal Mass'
Narvi's multi-stage-combustion stove in NC 16, 20 and 24. Every NC model specifies a 4.7 in connective flue, which is what the small end of this adapter takes. The NC can vent from the top or the back; a top exit needs a Kota connective or smoke flue. See the full product and build your package →
Narvi Kuru Woodburning Sauna Heater From Finland
Narvi's Kuru in 14 and 20. Its manual gives the same 4.7 in connective flue, with the bottom edge of the connection at either 473 or 19.7 in off the floor. Customers pair this adapter with the Kuru 14. See the full product and build your package →
Narvi Kaamos 20 Woodburning Sauna Heater from Finland
The Kaamos 20, with 132 lb of stone for rooms of 353–706 cu ft. Its manual gives the same 4.7 in connective flue, with the bottom edge 21.9 in off the floor and the connection centred 4.5 in forward of the stove's rear edge. See the full product and build your package →
Narvi 30 Wood-Burning Sauna Stove – 24 kW Finnish Heater
The Narvi 30, the largest Narvi we sell that still uses the 4.7 in connective flue. Its sibling the Narvi 50 is 5.7 in, and this adapter does not fit that one. See the full product and build your package →
Narvi’s wood stoves are built around a 4.7 in connective flue. That figure is printed in the technical data table of the manual for the NC 16 / 20 / 24, the Kuru 14 / 20, the Kaamos 20 and the Narvi 30. North American wood-stove pipe is nominal 6 in. Nothing about those two sizes mates on its own.
This adapter is the joint. Narvi describes it as two interlocking pieces that “create a smooth transition between the two pipes, adapting from 4.5" to 6", ensuring the safe and efficient venting of exhaust gases and combustion by-products.” It is stainless steel and weighs 2.2 lb.
| End | Inside diameter | Outside diameter |
|---|---|---|
| Small end (stove side) | 4.7 in / 4.72 in. | 4.8 in / 4.80 in. |
| Large end (chimney side) | 6.1 in / 6.14 in. | 6.3 in / 6.25 in. |
The stove collar goes into the small end, and 6-inch pipe meets the large end. Narvi also publishes the part as 6 in. wide with a 6.1 in. interior diameter.
The NC, the Kuru, the Kaamos 20 and the Narvi 30 all specify a 4.7 in connective flue, so the small end suits every one of them. The Narvi 50 is the exception: the Narvi 30 / Narvi 50 manual gives the Narvi 50 a 5.7 in connective flue, and this adapter will not fit it.
If you would rather run the complete Finnish insulated system than US pipe, the stove-side alternative is the Narvi Flue 15 chimney kit, whose start pipe is built for the same 4.7 in outlet.
Buy your 6-inch chimney to the listing your local inspector requires. The adapter gets you to the size; your jurisdiction decides the pipe.

Start with the room dimensions, then account for glass, masonry, insulation, ceiling height, required clearances, and available electrical service. That is how we move from a product that looks right to a sauna that heats evenly and comfortably.
