Three spaces for one unhurried routine.
Start in the front room, move through the internal glass door into the sauna, then step outside beneath the extended roof. L Plus combines the 75.6 × 75.6 in sauna room with a 58.1 × 75.6 in front room and a covered outdoor area 95.7 in wide.
The tradeoff matters: the front room is narrower than L’s, even though the overall building is longer. The added length creates the outdoor shelter. Front and side windows brighten the front room, while the L-shaped upper bench gathers bathers inside the sauna.

Choose L Plus when you want enclosed changing space and a sheltered outdoor break in one structure.
L has a larger enclosed front room without the covered outdoor area. S Plus offers outdoor shelter without an enclosed front room.

Heater packages
L Plus offers HUUM HIVE Mini 9 kW and 10.6 kW packages with UKU Wi-Fi controls and stones. The heater is in the enclosed sauna room. The changing space and open shelter are separate parts of the layout; overall building length is not the heater’s room size.
Lighting and finishing touches
Choose a HIVE Mini 9 or 10.6 kW package, then the separate safety railing. Sauna LEDs, the front-room LED strip and the seven-spot exterior set are independent choices. Add the terrace base frame and boards for Leil’s outdoor floor package; backrests are optional.

What comes with Patio L Plus.
The sauna shell
- 1.6 in solid thermally modified timber walls.
- Roof boards, EPDM roof cover and metal edge covers.
- Thermally treated pine ceiling with 1.2 in PIR insulation.
- Black-treated exterior mouldings.
Inside the sauna
- Two-level alder benches and bench skirt.
- Spruce floorboards and a wastewater gutter.
- Tempered bronze glass door and double tempered bronze glazing.
Sauna front window; front and side glazing in the front room.

- Heater package, controls and stones.
- Backrests and interior LED lighting.

Photographs can show optional equipment. Review the selected package before ordering; no heater or lighting is included with a sauna-only selection.
Before delivery
Plan a place for Patio L Plus.
The full exterior is 238.4 × 94.1 in, with a 100.4 in roof height. Plan support and access for all three zones. Decide on the outdoor floor before ordering: terrace boards and their base frame are a separate optional package.

Base and access
Use the exact Patio L Plus drawing and assembly manual to plan the supporting base, drainage and access. Exterior dimensions describe the sauna, not a foundation or clearance specification.

Heater and electrical
Have your electrician review the selected heater and control manuals before arranging the supply. Confirm the heater’s installation clearances and control placement for this layout.

Assembly and care
The sauna arrives as a kit. Arrange assembly and the required wood treatment, and follow the manual’s care instructions. Freight and tax are separate from the sauna and selected extras.

Is the changing room bigger than Patio L’s?
No. L Plus has a 58.1 × 75.6 in front room; L’s is 75.6 × 75.6 in. L Plus uses its extra overall length for the covered outdoor area.
Does the base kit include the terrace floor?
The terrace boards and base frame are optional. Choose them separately in the package builder.
How does L Plus differ from S Plus?
Both include covered outdoor space. L Plus also has an enclosed front room, a different sauna-room plan and a longer overall footprint.
Are backrests standard?
Backrests are optional. They may appear in the photos and Studio; ask us to include them when preparing your package if you want them.
Can I inspect the layout before ordering?
