KOLO

KOLO is the Finnish accessory line we reach for once a sauna is finished and the owner still needs something to throw water with. The buckets, ladle kits and bath brushes are all designed and engineered in Finland. The buckets are aluminum and hold a gallon while weighing about a pound and a half empty, and the handles and ladles are bamboo, which KOLO uses for its thermal properties, so the part you grab stays cool to the touch.

We carry the three bucket and ladle sets, the thermometer, the hygrometer and both bamboo bath brushes. The set whose ladle stores inside the bucket and becomes its carry handle is the one that moves, with the white curved handle set behind it. Call us at (844) 565-1113 and we will tell you which of the three we would put on your bench, in black or white.

KOLO questions

How much water does a KOLO sauna bucket hold?

One gallon, five liters, and that holds for all three sets. Two of them share the same bucket, 8.9 inches across and stepped from 6.3 inches high at the front to 9.46 inches at the back. The straight handle kit uses a bucket 9.05 inches tall and 9.44 inches across. Empty they weigh 1.43 to 1.5 pounds.

What is the difference between the three KOLO bucket and ladle sets?

The handle and the finish. On the black set, part 29012, the bamboo ladle stores in the bucket and its shaft becomes the carry handle. Part 29011 is the same bucket in white, with a curved bamboo handle. Part 29010 is black, with a straight upright bamboo handle on the bucket itself. All three hold a gallon.

How hot will the KOLO sauna thermometer read?

The KOLO thermometer reads from 68°F up to 248°F, and it comes in Fahrenheit or Celsius. It is the KOLO piece we ship most often.

What does the KOLO hygrometer measure?

Relative humidity from 0 to 100 percent, on a round black aluminum dial 4.72 inches across, part number 29024. Most buyers take it together with a KOLO thermometer.
