Sauna, front room, covered outdoor space.
Patio L Plus brings together a sauna, a separate front room and a roofed outdoor area. It is the widest Patio model, with room to move between heat, shelter and fresh air. Terrace decking and its base frame are optional.
Leil builds the Patio range in Estonia using solid thermally modified timber walls, an insulated ceiling and an EPDM-covered roof. Choose the room arrangement first, then plan the equipment and site work around it.

Allow additional space for the open doors, maintenance and the selected heater’s safety clearances. The complete model drawing and installation manual govern foundation layout and site work.
What is included?
Standard sauna kit
- 1.6-inch solid ThermoWood walls
- Roof boards, EPDM roof covering and metal edge covers
- Thermally treated pine ceiling lining with 1.2-inch PIR insulation
- Spruce floor boards and a metal wastewater gutter in the sauna room
- Tempered bronze-glass door and wood-framed double tempered bronze-glass windows
- Two-level alder benches and bench skirt
- Black-treated exterior mouldings
Choose separately
- Backrests
- Interior LED lighting and exterior spot lights
- Heater, controls where required, stones and installation equipment
- Terrace decking and base frame
- Delivery, unloading, foundation, assembly and electrical or chimney work
- Initial wood treatments and ongoing maintenance
Photographs and renderings show configuration examples. A heater, backrest, light, deck, hot tub or furnishing shown in an image is not automatically included with the sauna kit.
Choose the light and heat together.
Leil offers interior LED lighting under the benches or behind the backrests, with exterior spot lighting beneath the roof. Front-room models can also have front-room lighting. Backrests and lighting are separate options.
The Patio range supports electric and wood-burning installation routes. Heater sizing must account for the exact sauna room, solid timber and glazing. Choose the heater model, controls, stones, ventilation and protection layout together before ordering equipment.
Bronze and black glazing appear in Leil’s range. Confirm the exact U.S. glass, exterior finish and accessory configuration in your written package.

Before your sauna arrives.
Base, access and assembly
Prepare a level, load-bearing base with drainage and support where the installation manual shows it. Check the delivery route, unloading equipment and the path to the base. Keep the timber supports out of standing water and follow the manual’s moisture-barrier details.
Wood protection and care
Apply the specified exterior protection immediately after assembly and repeat it after about two months. Protect the interior wood before first use and care for the benches with a suitable sauna oil once or twice a year. Let the room dry after use; keep the drain and ventilation clear.
What does the 360° photograph show?
The factory tour shows our Patio S experience. It is a real photograph, with the installed heater, lighting and surroundings visible. It does not establish the dimensions or included equipment of another Patio model.
