It really depends on the size/type of your firewood and the ambient temperature/wind conditions when trying to estimate warmup time. Also the target temperature.
At 40°F it will likely take ~20 mins to achieve a sauna temp of ~180°F. But again it depends on the wood type/quality/quantity you are using.
Overall, an average sauna warmup time is 20-30 mins.
The amount of logs is completely dependent on the size of wood you are using. A 0.75 cubic foot bundle from the store will last 1.5-2 hrs.
It is always wide fire safety to remain with a fire until it is completely out. Whether that means waiting for it to burn out on its own or you putting it out, is up to you.
Yes, there is a low vent and a high vent on the stove wall. The low vent has to be opened during operation. There is an additional triangular window that can be opened to control the temperature and airflow.
The tent does come with a carrying case. The stove does not, but the pipe goes in the firebox and there are two handles for carrying.

I got this set up by myself after it was dropped off by FedEx in about 5 minutes. For real.
It’s such a cool design.
Can’t wait to get the matching stove, but will try a couple heat experiments in the meantime!

Excellent value in the tent, excellent customer service. Tent pops right up; set up time is less than it takes to unpack. This is a very well thought out design and makes for an excellent sauna that remains portable.

I went with North Shore due to the stove quality and I am very happy. This is a good tent overall but I think these are all fairly standard. I would suggest leaving the windows covered at least for the winter so it can get hotter. Overall the tent is quick and easy to setup and works well. I am trying to work on some air gaps on the bottom. I think the instructions could be a bit better, but support on fb has been pretty awesome. I’ve had this tent hitting 170-180.
