Our journey began as SaunaShare.com, a platform for mobile sauna rentals.

Shipping from the SteamSaunaBath warehouse took 4 weeks to get out the door, and the customer service there was considerably less informed. I had to rely on the Sauna Marketplace customer service folks to help push the order forward, which they were very helpful with.
The customer service was outstanding. My order was in back order and they upgraded me and sent me a sauna tent right away. Could recommend this company more! I recommend getting a smaller sauna tent. Harder to heat the bigger tents in colder climates. Love these sauna tents!
