Light in a sauna is atmosphere, and atmosphere is ruined by point sources. A standard LED tape shows every individual diode, and in a small timber room those hot points reflect off the boards and put visible scallops of shadow under the benches. The Brilliance 360 runs an integrated diffusing lens over the full length so the strip reads as a single band of light. Under a bench, along a backrest, or up a corner, it looks built in rather than stuck on.

You need the control system
The strip is dimmable, but only through Bathology’s Spectrum 360 control. That is a separate purchase and it is not optional if you want to adjust brightness: get the Spectrum 442 dimmer with it. With the control in place the adjustment is continuous rather than stepped, which is how you find the level that suits a late session.
Sizing the run
The 60 inch is the longer length. We also stock the 48 inch. Measure the bench or backrest you want to light rather than the room: the strip should sit under an edge that hides the fixture and lets only the light out.
Where it goes
Under the top bench and behind the backrest are the two placements that flatter a room. Above head height, aimed at the ceiling, is the third. Pointing a strip out into the room at eye level is the one to avoid, and IP67 means the wet is not the constraint, the glare is.
Why this one
We have been asked for hidden lighting on nearly every custom build in the last two years, and this is the fixture that keeps ending up in the drawing. It costs more than tape. It looks like it belongs in the room.
