Shipping from the SteamSaunaBath warehouse took 4 weeks to get out the door, and the customer service there was considerably less informed. I had to rely on the Sauna Marketplace customer service folks to help push the order forward, which they were very helpful with.
I have used it a half dozen times. It was very easy to put up and looks very solid. I can’t a five star rating, since I haven’t used it very long. In this climate, it makes sense to put the rain cover on when the tent is being put up.

Quick and helpful replies to questions. The UPS delivery was a bit hard to follow, but everything eventually arrived and in good shape.
