Shipping Policy

The next shipment of sauna tents (Prism or Dome) and sauna stoves are due in early May. Portable sauna benches are available and ship in 3-5 days.

Refund Policy

Returns
North Shore Sauna will provide a full refund on products in the first 30 days after the original date of purchase. Applies only to products that are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

We do not refund shipping charges on the original order or for return shipping costs.

Warranty
North Shore Sauna llc extends a limited one year warranty on products covering defects in materials and workmanship.** North Shore Sauna llc will replace or repair, at its option, any product or component found to be defective. The limited warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by improper use, accident, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear & tear expected over the course of the products life.

**A defect in materials and workmanship is defined as a manufacturing flaw which prevents the product from functioning as intended. Minor cosmetic variations and blemishes do not necessarily qualify.
